At Pearce Hall, our vision for education and programming is guided by a philosophy that all students should feel a sense of belonging in their school setting and a sense of mastery within themselves. Through a relational approach toward education, community partnerships, whole-child and whole-family wrap-around services, and a focus on mental health services, we work to help students develop self-confidence, a sense of self-worth, and the tools they need to be successful in life after high school.

Students come to Pearce Hall from four WSD high schools and four middle schools. The unique needs of each student is considered when placing students at Pearce Hall. As long as they are eligible, all Pearce Hall students are able to attend and participate in events at their school of enrollment
